Yes. We photographed your baby’s first portraits at UF Health in Jacksonville between 2020 and 2024. We securely archived those images and are now cleaning out older files to free up storage and upgrade our systems. Before we remove them, we’re giving each family one final chance to keep their baby’s first photos.

A: Once we delete the files, they are gone permanently and cannot be recovered. For privacy and security, we do not keep backups past the deletion date. If you want these portraits, you must order before the deadline on this page.

A: We’ve emailed/texted a few sample images from your child’s original hospital session.  Contact us to see a full session example.

• USB packages are shipped to the address you provide at checkout.
• Print packages are professionally printed and shipped, and some options include matching web‑size files for sharing.

A: Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe, a leading secure, encrypted payment processor. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers. Stripe handles the card details and keeps your information protected.

A: Through Stripe we can accept most major credit and debit cards, as well as popular digital wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link (where available). Some bank or ACH options may also be shown at checkout depending on your bank and device.

A: Yes. At checkout you can choose our 30‑Day Payment Plan: pay 25% today and the remaining balance over the next 30 days. Your portraits are released once the final payment is made.

A: Many families originally purchased a smaller print package or just a few favorites. This final‑chance offer lets you complete your newborn’s first portraits as a full set of images, so you have a complete history of their birth day to look back on and share as they grow.
